Matar ka Paratha or kachori.(Green Peas )

Its the time of winter and we get lots and lots of  fresh  matar(green peas). Its very good for our health too. From Green Peas i m writing recipe which is as follows:

Ingredients

Matar Or Green Peas: 1kg
Green Chilli: one or two
Salt : To taste
Ginger: Small piece
Maida or Flour:
Refine oil for frying.

Method to make :
Take all the green peas in a mixer jar , add one green chilly and set it to blend. But be careful that mixture must not turn into very fine paste. The mixture must be little coarse. Then take out this mixture into a bowl and keep aside. After that make a dough ot of maida(flour), salt, and refine oil and water as we make for puri's.
Then keep it for a while .In the mean time take a kadai or pan in a wok and add one two to tablespoon oil and add grated ginger and fry till its golden brown and then add the matar paste and start kneading it.In the process of kneading add salt to it.Fry the paste till the colour of paste turns from light green to dark green and while frying if you think the paste is sticking to the kadai then add one or two spoonful oil in to that.It should be remembered it should be fried in low or medium flame. Allow it to cool .When the misture is cooled , make balls out of the maida dough and with the help of rolling pin roll it to make it into size of puri and stuff it with the mixture .Then very lightly roll the rolling pin over it .If you want to make kackori's then dont make it too big in shape, and if its for paratha the roll it make in the size of a roti.
After that if kachori is made then deep fry it in a kadai or else for paratha make it in a tawa. For kachori fry till both the sides are till golden brown. And for paratha cook the both sides of the paratha and then add little oil till it is golden brown.See to it that both sides are cooked well no side is ran means kachha.
Matar kachori or paratha is ready to eat.Serve hot with dhania chutney or with tomato and chilly sauce.
